Profile & KYC Verification in qooapp Account Settings
When you first open Account Settings on qooapp, the Profile section displays your name, email, phone number, and verification status. We require email verification before you can deposit or withdraw funds. Click "Verify Email" and qooapp sends a link to your inbox; click it within 24 hours to activate your account. Verification is a one-time step that takes less than a minute.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification comes next and is mandatory for withdrawals. On your phone, tap "Upload ID" and select a photo of your government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license). We accept both colour and black-and-white copies. The system scans for readability and data completeness; if the photo is too blurry, it prompts you to re-upload. Processing typically takes a few minutes, and you receive a status update via push notification or email.
Once KYC is approved, your withdrawal limit unlocks. You can then request payouts via your chosen payment method. If you change your registered name or address (for example, after relocating from Jakarta to Surabaya), update it in the Profile section and re-submit KYC with new documentation. We keep old KYC records but process new ones within the same timeframe.
KYC verification protects both you and us—it ensures your account is truly yours and prevents fraud.
Payment Methods & Withdrawal Management
The Payment Methods section in qooapp Account Settings lists every deposit and withdrawal channel you have linked. Add a new payment method by tapping the "+" button, selecting your provider (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer), and following the provider's authentication steps. For e-wallets, this typically involves confirming a one-time PIN. For bank transfers, you enter your account number once, and qooapp saves it for future use.
You can link multiple payment methods to one qooapp account. For example, you could deposit via mobile banking one day and local payment the next. Withdrawals must go to a method that matches your account name and identity verification. You cannot deposit via online payment and withdraw to someone else's bank account—qooapp enforces this for security.
Payment method settings also show your transaction history for each method: deposits received, withdrawals requested, and their status (pending, completed, or failed). If a withdrawal is pending, you see the estimated completion time, which varies by payment provider. e-wallet and mobile banking typically process within minutes; bank transfers may take up to 2 business days. During holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may extend slightly.
- account preferences
- The maximum you can deposit in a single transaction. This varies by payment method and your account tier.
- Withdrawal limit
- The maximum you can withdraw per day. Once you reach it, further withdrawals are queued for the next day.
- Processing time
- The duration between requesting a withdrawal and funds arriving in your payment account; varies by provider.
Notification Preferences & Push Settings
Notifications keep you informed about your account activity: bet settlements, deposit confirmations, withdrawal status, Liga 1 match kickoffs (if you follow certain teams), live-dealer table availability, and promotional updates. On qooapp, you customize these in the Notifications section of Account Settings. On your Android phone, push notifications use the system notification bar; on iOS, they appear in the Notification Center.
You can toggle notifications on or off by type. For example, you might want settlement alerts (so you know immediately when a Liga 1 bet settles) but disable match reminders (if you prefer checking the schedule yourself). Quiet hours allow you to set a time window—for instance, 11 PM to 8 AM—when no notifications appear, even if activity occurs. This is useful during holidays like Imlek when you want uninterrupted leisure.
Email notifications run parallel to push notifications. You can choose to receive emails for withdrawals, deposits, and account changes, while disabling push for the same. This dual-channel approach ensures critical updates reach you even if your phone is offline. Notification preferences sync across devices, so a change on Android instantly affects iOS and vice versa.
Transaction History & Account Activity Log
Every action you take on qooapp—deposits, withdrawals, bets placed, settlements, balance changes—is logged in your Transaction History within Account Settings. On your phone, tap "Transactions" and you see a chronological list with dates, times, amounts, and descriptions. For example: "Liga 1 match settlement: +our welcome offer" or "Withdrawal via local payment: -our welcome offer (pending)". Click any transaction to expand it and see full details: the specific market (if a bet), the odds involved, settlement outcomes, and confirmation times.
Transaction history is searchable and filterable. You can filter by transaction type (deposits, withdrawals, bets, settlements), date range, or payment method. This is useful if you want to review all your Liga 1 bets from a specific month or check the status of a withdrawal you requested days ago. qooapp retains transaction records indefinitely, so you can audit your account from months or years in the past if needed.
Security & Account Protection
The Security section of qooapp Account Settings controls access to your account. Here you can change your password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via email or SMS, and view your login history. Changing your password regularly is a standard security practice; qooapp prompts you every 90 days on mobile. When you change your password, you are logged out of all active sessions and must log in again with your new password.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security. If enabled, each login requires a one-time code sent to your email or phone in addition to your password. This prevents someone who has guessed or stolen your password from accessing your account. You can disable 2FA anytime, but we recommend keeping it enabled, especially if you have large balances or frequent transactions.
Login History in Account Settings shows every device that has accessed your account: the device type (Android, iOS, desktop), location (approximate, based on IP address), date, and time. If you see a login from an unfamiliar device or location, you can immediately log it out by tapping "Remove" next to that entry. This instantly ends that session and forces a new login with your password.
Security Best Practices
- Enable two-factor authentication for all accounts
- Change password every 90 days
- Review Login History monthly
- Use unique passwords not shared with other sites
Account Risks
- Weak passwords can be guessed or brute-forced
- Phishing emails can trick you into revealing credentials
- Public WiFi logins without VPN expose your session
Account Tiers & Deposit/Withdrawal Limits
qooapp operates a tiered account system based on your verification status. New accounts with email verification only have lower deposit and withdrawal limits. Once you complete KYC, your limits increase. If you link multiple payment methods and maintain consistent activity, higher tiers unlock further increases. Each tier level in Account Settings displays your current limits and the requirements to reach the next tier.
Limits exist to protect against fraud and money laundering. A new account cannot withdraw our welcome offer immediately; this protects both you (in case your account is compromised early) and qooapp (against criminal activity). As your account ages and you build a transaction history, especially during events like Liga 1 season or Piala AFF tournaments, your limits naturally increase. You do not need to apply for upgrades—they happen automatically based on your account behavior.
Account Settings is where we empower you to manage your qooapp experience. Whether you are a casual player in Bandung or a frequent bettor in Medan, your settings adapt to your preferences. Keep your security settings tight, review your transaction history regularly, and adjust notifications to suit your lifestyle.
Game & Betting Preferences
Beyond security and payments, qooapp Account Settings lets you customize your game experience. Set your preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah is default), language (English is default for en-ID build), and timezone. You can mark favourite teams or leagues—for example, Liga 1 clubs—and qooapp will prioritize them in your feed or send alerts when they play. During Piala Aff tournaments, you might add your favourite national team to get match reminders automatically.
Display preferences include theme selection (light or dark mode on supported devices), decimal vs. fractional odds (decimal is standard on qooapp), and whether to show/hide promotional banners. These preferences sync across your devices, so your dark-mode preference on Android applies to iOS and desktop as well.
