qooappTerms of Use
When you create an account on qooapp, you agree to the terms that follow. These terms outline how we operate as a sportsbook and casino platform, what we expect from you, and what you can expect from us. We are transparent about our policies so there are no surprises: how deposits and withdrawals work, how bonuses are structured, how disputes are resolved, and where you stand legally when using our service.
Our terms are written in plain English and organized by topic so you can find what matters to you. We cover account creation, responsible use, payment methods (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), settlement of bets, bonus conditions, and dispute resolution. We also explain the jurisdiction-restricted nature of our service: qooapp is available only where local law permits, and it is your responsibility to verify legality in your region before joining.
Read these terms before opening an account. If you have questions, contact us through the Help section in qooapp. We update these terms occasionally to reflect legal changes or operational improvements; we will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
Account Creation & Your Responsibilities on qooapp
To open an account on qooapp, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You provide your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth during registration. You must provide true and accurate information; false information is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any balance. We verify your email and phone number before allowing deposits.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If someone gains access to your account, notify us immediately through the Help section. We are not liable for unauthorized access if you have been negligent with your password. You also accept responsibility for all activity on your account, whether you directly authorize it or not—this is why we recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your Account Settings.
We reserve the right to close your account if we believe it violates these terms, if you are underage, if you are in a jurisdiction where we cannot legally operate, or if your activity suggests fraud or money laundering. Account closure is final; any remaining balance may be forfeited unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Our Payment Policy
We accept deposits via eight payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Deposits are processed instantly for e-wallets and within 1–2 business days for bank transfers. You can only deposit from an account registered in your name; we verify this during payment processing.
Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method that matches your account name and identity verification. For example, if you verified your account with your national ID card under the name "Ahmad," you cannot withdraw to a bank account under a different name. This protects both you and us against fraud and money laundering. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: mobile banking and local payment typically process within minutes; bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. During holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, processing may extend slightly due to banking delays.
Bonuses & Promotional Terms on qooapp
We occasionally offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Bonus terms vary by offer; each promotion displays its specific conditions when you view it on qooapp. Bonuses typically come with wagering requirements, meaning you must place bets equivalent to a multiple of the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a bonus with a 5x wagering requirement must be wagered 5 times in total before funds become withdrawable.
Bonuses apply only to eligible games—usually slots and live-dealer tables, sometimes sportsbook. Bonuses do not apply to every game; the promotion details specify which games qualify. If you attempt to wagering a bonus on an ineligible game, that wager may not count toward the requirement, and you may forfeit the bonus.
We reserve the right to cancel or forfeit any bonus if we detect suspicious activity—for example, placing bets designed to guarantee a win regardless of outcome, or exploiting a bonus in conjunction with another player. Bonuses expire if not used within the stated timeframe, typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion.
How We Settle Bets & Game Outcomes
Settlement rules differ by game type. In our sportsbook, bets settle when the match concludes and official data is confirmed—typically within minutes to hours of the final whistle. If a Liga 1 match is postponed, bets void and stakes are refunded unless the match is rescheduled and played within a specified window. For live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), settlement is instant: the moment the dealer's action concludes, your payout is calculated and applied. For slots (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), settlement is immediate with each spin.
Esports settlements (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile) occur when the match outcome is official, typically subject to verification after kickoff depending on game length. Void rules for esports are similar to sportsbook: if a match is cancelled and not rescheduled within a set timeframe, bets void.
We use automated systems to settle most bets, but disputed outcomes are reviewed by our settlement team. If you believe a settlement is incorrect, contact Help within 7 days of settlement. We investigate and correct errors; we do not reverse settled bets simply because you disagree with the outcome.
- Void bet
- A wager that is cancelled and refunded in full. Void bets result from cancelled matches, technical errors, or rule violations.
- Parlay (accumulator)
- A bet combining multiple markets into one slip. All legs must win for the parlay to win; if any leg voids or loses, the entire parlay is affected.
- Live betting
- Placing bets after a match has started but before it concludes. Odds change in real time as the match progresses.
Dispute Resolution & Our Process
If you have a dispute—a settlement you believe is wrong, a bonus you think was cancelled unfairly, a withdrawal that did not arrive—report it to us within 7 days through the Help section in qooapp. Provide as much detail as possible: the date, the specific bet or transaction, and why you believe the outcome is incorrect.
Our support team will investigate. If we agree there was an error, we correct it. If we disagree, we explain our reasoning in detail. We aim to resolve disputes within 14 days. If you remain unsatisfied after our investigation, you may escalate to our compliance team by sending a follow-up message through Help, requesting escalation. You will receive a final written decision within another 14 days.
Our decision is binding under these terms. We do not reverse settled bets based on personal preference or regret. We reverse them only if we find a genuine error (settlement was calculated incorrectly, data was corrupted, or the game had a technical fault).
Jurisdiction & Legal Framework
qooapp operates on a jurisdiction-restricted basis. We offer our services only in locations where online gaming and sportsbook activities are legal under applicable local law. It is your responsibility to verify that your access to and use of qooapp complies with the laws of your specific jurisdiction before you create an account or place any wager.
We do not make determinations about the legality of our services in any particular country or region. Instead, we state clearly: if your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming, you should not use qooapp. If your jurisdiction permits it, you are welcome to join, provided you meet all other eligibility criteria.
General Terms & Our Commitment to You
We operate qooapp with integrity. We do not rig games, manipulate odds, or delay payouts unfairly. Our games are generated by certified random-number generators; live-dealer games are streamed from professional studios with real dealers. Our sportsbook odds are set by our traders and updated in real time based on market movement, just like any legitimate sportsbook.
We protect your data using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We use your data only to provide our service, verify your identity, process payments, comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, and improve qooapp. For details, see our privacy policy
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes (those affecting your rights or obligations) are notified to you in advance through email or in-app notification. By continuing to use qooapp after such notice, you accept the new terms. Non-material changes (clarifications, updates to payment methods) may take effect immediately.
Prohibited Conduct on qooapp
You may not:
- Use qooapp from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses
- Collude with other players to exploit a bonus or game rule
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or access qooapp
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our platform
- Place bets on behalf of someone else or allow someone else to use your account
- Provide false identity documents or information during registration or KYC
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of your balance, and referral to relevant authorities. We monitor accounts for suspicious patterns and reserve the right to freeze suspected accounts pending investigation.
These terms are written in plain language so every player understands what they agree to. Whether you are in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, the same terms apply to all qooapp users. If you have questions, our Help team is available through Account Settings.
Final Notes & Acknowledgment
By opening an account on qooapp, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms, that you meet all eligibility requirements under your jurisdiction's law, and that you accept the terms as binding. You also acknowledge that qooapp is available only where local law permits, and that you are solely responsible for verifying legality in your region.
These terms are effective as of the date shown on qooapp's website. We review and update them regularly to reflect changes in law, operational practice, or payment processing. Check back periodically or enable notifications to stay informed of changes.
If you disagree with any term, you may close your account and request a withdrawal of your balance before the new terms take effect. Continued use of qooapp after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Legal & Jurisdiction Information
Service availability
qooapp offers its platform and services only in jurisdictions where online gaming, sportsbooks, and casino games are legal and permitted under applicable local law. We do not make unilateral determinations about the legality of our services in any specific country, state, or territory. Instead, we operate on the principle that our services are available only where local law permits their operation. Our service availability is jurisdiction-restricted, meaning access is not universal. Each user is individually responsible for verifying that their access to and use of qooapp complies with all applicable laws in their specific jurisdiction before they create an account, make a deposit, or place any wager. We maintain geolocation verification systems to help prevent access from jurisdictions where our services are prohibited, but we do not guarantee that these systems are foolproof. Users should not rely solely on automated geolocation checks; they are responsible for their own legal compliance. Our framework does not involve licensing in specific jurisdictions; rather, we state plainly that our services are available only where applicable law permits, and access is conditional on your personal verification of legality in your region.
Account eligibility
Account eligibility on qooapp is determined by the applicable laws of the user's jurisdiction of access. We do not unilaterally set age minimums or eligibility criteria; instead, we defer to the legal framework in each user's jurisdiction. Users must be of legal age to enter into binding financial contracts in their jurisdiction and must be legally eligible to engage in online gaming and sportsbook activities under local law. When you create an account on qooapp, you affirm that you meet all eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. We verify eligibility through identity and age verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) processes. If you are below the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you are ineligible for an account on qooapp. Similarly, if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, you should not attempt to open an account, as doing so may violate local law and expose you to legal consequences. We reserve the right to close accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be in breach of these eligibility requirements. Account closure may result in forfeiture of any balance held in that account, unless applicable law in your jurisdiction mandates otherwise.
Local-law responsibility
qooapp operates on the principle that each user is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction before accessing our platform. We do not provide legal advice, and we do not represent that our services are legal in any specific location. The legality of online gaming, sportsbooks, casino games, and betting varies significantly across countries, states, and territories. Some jurisdictions regulate these activities and issue licenses to operators; some prohibit them entirely; others permit them without formal licensing. It is not our role to determine the legality of our services in your location. That responsibility lies entirely with you. We strongly encourage you to consult with a qualified legal professional licensed in your jurisdiction if you are uncertain about the legality of online gaming, sportsbooks, or betting in your region. By using qooapp, you acknowledge that you have independently verified the legality of your access and use in your jurisdiction and that you accept full legal responsibility for any consequences arising from violation of local law. qooapp is not liable for any legal penalties, fines, or sanctions that may result from your use of our platform in violation of applicable local law.
Data and privacy scope
qooapp collects personal, financial, and behavioural data to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, and improve our platform. During account registration, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. For KYC (Know Your Customer) verification required before withdrawals, we collect copies of government-issued identification documents (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and may collect additional documentation such as address proof. For payment processing, we collect banking and payment account details associated with your chosen deposit and withdrawal methods. We also log your account activity: login timestamps and frequency, device information, IP address, approximate geolocation data, transaction history, bet history, settlement records, and game-play patterns. This data is used to verify your identity, process deposits and withdrawals, settle bets and disputes, detect and prevent fraud, comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, and improve our services. Our privacy policy provides comprehensive details on how we collect, store, use, disclose, and protect your data. Data is encrypted during transmission using TLS/SSL protocols and encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment providers, financial institutions, regulatory authorities (if legally required), and trusted service providers who assist in platform operation, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Contact for legal inquiries
For legal, compliance, regulatory, or jurisdiction-related inquiries, users may contact qooapp's legal and compliance team through the Help section available within the qooapp platform (accessible in Account Settings on both mobile and desktop). When you submit a legal inquiry, select the category "Legal & Compliance" and provide a detailed description of your question or concern. Our legal and compliance team reviews incoming inquiries during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Southeast Asia time (UTC+7), and aims to respond within one business day for standard inquiries. Urgent matters (such as account suspension, potential fraud, or legal compliance questions) may receive priority review and faster responses. Users may also submit written inquiries via email through the contact form on the qooapp website; email inquiries typically receive responses within two business days. Please note that qooapp does not provide legal advice, and responses from our team are informational only and should not be construed as legal counsel. If you require formal legal advice regarding your jurisdiction's laws, your rights, or your use of qooapp, you should consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction. qooapp is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from reliance on informational responses from our support or compliance team.
