KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is our identity verification process to confirm your age, identity, and address before you withdraw funds from qooapp. We are required to perform KYC by anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing regulations. When you request your first withdrawal, we ask you to upload a government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence) and may request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government letter). Our compliance team reviews your documents within one to three business days. If verification is successful, your account is cleared for withdrawals. If we cannot verify your identity or determine you do not meet eligibility requirements, we will close your account and return your balance. KYC is mandatory; we cannot process withdrawals without it.
On the login page, click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email address or username associated with your qooapp account. We will send you a password-reset link via email. Click the link in that email, and you will be prompted to create a new password. The reset link is valid for one hour only; if it expires, you can request a new one. After you reset your password, you can log in using your username or email and the new password. If you do not receive the password-reset email, check your spam folder, or contact our support team through the Help section in your account.
Payments and transactions
We accept eight payment methods: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet (Indonesia's national quick-response code system), and bank transfers via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Each method has slightly different processing times and minimum/maximum account preferences. When you log into your account and go to Deposit, you will see the full list of available methods, current limits, and any processing notes. E-wallet deposits (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) typically complete within minutes. local payment deposits also process quickly. Bank transfers may take one to two business days depending on your bank and time of day. Choose the method that suits your needs; all are secure and encrypted.
qooapp does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your own bank or payment provider (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or your bank) may charge you a fee or apply a processing cost depending on their terms. We recommend checking with your bank or e-wallet provider to understand their charges before you deposit. When you make a withdrawal, qooapp itself does not take a cut; we transfer the full amount you requested to your chosen payment method. Any fees you see on your statement come from the payment provider, not from us.
Withdrawal timing depends on the payment method you choose. E-wallet withdrawals (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) typically arrive within minutes to a few hours, though peak times may extend this window. mobile banking withdrawals also process quickly. Bank transfers (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) may take one to three business days. We process all withdrawal requests during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Southeast Asia time, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next business day. Holidays such as Idul Fitri and Idul Adha may extend processing times by one to two days. Once we process your withdrawal request, it moves to your payment provider; any further delays are due to their processing, not ours.
If a deposit fails (payment provider declines it, network error, or timeout), your money does not reach qooapp and will be returned to your payment method by the provider. Your qooapp account balance will not change. If a withdrawal fails after we process it, we will automatically retry the transfer or return the funds to your qooapp account balance with a note explaining the issue. Contact our support team immediately if you experience a transaction problem, providing your transaction ID and payment method. We can investigate and help you resolve it. Keep in mind that some payment methods experience occasional connectivity issues during peak hours or on holidays; if your transaction fails, try again a few minutes later or switch to an alternative payment method.
Game rules and mechanics
RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes how much of the money wagered on a slot game—over a large number of plays and a long time period—is paid back to players on average. For example, a slot with a means that, over millions of spins, approximately 96 cents of every dollar wagered is returned to players as prizes, while 4 cents goes to the game provider or casino operator. RTP is calculated mathematically and tested by independent auditors; it is not something we control on a day-to-day basis. Individual games on qooapp (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) each have their own RTP, which we publish in the game information section. A higher RTP does not mean you will win more often; it is a long-term statistical average. Short-term results vary widely due to randomness.
Football markets on qooapp (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Piala Indonesia, Champions League, Premier League, and others) settle based on the official result at full-time or the match conclusion time specified in the market. We use data from official match records to determine winners. Most football markets settle within a few hours of match completion. If a match is postponed or abandoned, we void markets related to that match and return stakes to users unless the market specifically covered postponement scenarios. If there is a dispute about a result (e.g., due to an official review or correction by the league), we will adjust settled markets accordingly to reflect the final official result. Check the market rules at the time you place your bet for any specific settlement conditions.
Our live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) are streamed in real-time from multi-camera studios. You see the dealer and cards or wheel on your screen, and you place bets using buttons in the qooapp interface. The dealer conducts the game according to standard rules, and outcomes are determined by physical cards, wheels, or dice—not software. Games are conducted by professional dealers and audited for fairness. You can communicate with the dealer via text chat during gameplay. Live-dealer games require a stable internet connection; if your connection drops during play, your bet may be voided or your stake returned depending on when the disconnection occurred. Check the specific game rules before you play.
If qooapp is running a promotion or bonus offer, you will see promotion codes advertised on our platform or via email notification. To enter a code, log into your qooapp account, go to Account Settings, find the "Promotions" or "Bonus Codes" section, and paste the code into the text field. Click "Claim" or "Apply." The system will validate the code and apply any bonus credit or offer to your account immediately if the code is valid and you meet the promotion's eligibility requirements. If a code does not work, check that you have copied it exactly (codes are case-sensitive), that the promotion period has not ended, and that you have not already used the code. Contact support if you need help with a code.
Support and security
If you suspect unauthorized access to your qooapp account (you see login activity you do not recognize, your password has been changed, or your balance has changed unexpectedly), immediately contact our support team. Go to the Help section in your account, select "Account Security," and describe the issue in detail. If you cannot log in, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to regain access, then contact support. Change your password to a strong, unique password immediately. We will investigate the incident, check our logs, and take action to secure your account. In cases of suspected fraud, we may temporarily freeze your account while we investigate. Keep your qooapp password confidential, use a unique password (not shared across other accounts), and enable two-factor authentication in Account Settings if available—these steps significantly reduce the risk of unauthorized access.
The most reliable way to reach qooapp support is through the Help section in your account (Account Settings → Help). Select a category (e.g., "Account," "Payments," "Technical," "Account Security"), type your enquiry, and submit. Our support team reviews submissions during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Southeast Asia time, UTC+7) and aims to respond within one business day for standard enquiries. For urgent matters (account lockout, suspected fraud, critical technical issues), select "Urgent" or "Account Security" when submitting, and your enquiry will be prioritized. You can also check the FAQ page first for quick answers, and review our Terms of Use or Legal Notice for detailed policy information. Email support outside the in-app Help system is not monitored as frequently, so the in-app Help channel is fastest.
qooapp service is available only in jurisdictions where online gaming and wagering are legal and permitted under applicable local law. We do not publicly list which specific countries or territories are "approved" or "prohibited." Instead, we state clearly: if your jurisdiction prohibits online gaming, qooapp is not available to you. You are personally responsible for verifying that your access to qooapp complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before you create an account or place any wager. We use geolocation technology to help prevent access from prohibited regions, but this is not foolproof—geolocation checks are not a legal determination. Users in cities like Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan, and across Indonesia, should be particularly aware that gaming legality may vary by region. For complete information on service availability and your jurisdiction-compliance responsibility, read our Legal Notice
